Day 1 continued
Not quite a challenging start to my year of listening. Jack Johnson - To The Sea and Carole King, Tapestry. I am amazed that i still know every single word to Tapestry. I can't remember what i go upstairs for but remember words to songs that i loved when i was 17!

Anne, Tapestry and Carole King. I so loved everything on that album. And it was around the time I bought my 1st ever FULL PRICE album, could have been 38 shillings ! (Ooops! I am so old) -- the album. Sweet Baby James!
ReplyDeleteHow sad. I used to write the lyrics of the songs of this album on my emulsion painted wall. My mum accepted i was going through teenage angst... and never told me off ;-)
PS. OM Goodness... Carole King is now 68.
I was a tall gangly skinny kid when I listened to Tapestry....
